First 7 Days

Send a continuity message to all active clients (template below).
Review all recurring invoices and automatic charges tied to business operations.
Decide with trusted advisor(s) whether to operate, transition, or sell the business.
Schedule a weekly operating review until long-term ownership is finalized.

Keep Operations Running (Weekly)

Open Mission Control and resolve any red tiles first, then yellow.
Confirm backups are current and successful for all production sites.
Confirm domains, SSL, and hosting payments are current.
Ensure client support inbox is checked at least once daily.
Run monthly maintenance at minimum: patch window + restore/failover drills when due.
